About InnovateX Solutions
InnovateX Solutions is an Australian-owned ICT consultancy based in Brisbane and working remotely across Australia. It provides security-first AI and technology leadership, delivers the work that leadership recommends and supplies architecture and engineering to Queensland Government.
Why does InnovateX exist?
Growing businesses face the same technology and AI decisions as large organisations: what to secure, what to automate and which platforms to trust. Most can't justify a full-time CIO or Chief AI Officer to make them.
Our founder, Todd Johnson, started InnovateX to close that gap. After more than a decade in Australian ICT, including secure platforms for Queensland Government, he wanted growing businesses to get the same standard of architecture and security, sized and priced to fit them.
Good technology and AI decisions shouldn't depend on the size of the business making them.
Where do we work?
We're a Brisbane-based business that works remotely with organisations across Queensland and Australia, from councils to growing companies. Engagements run over Microsoft Teams, and so does the first 30-minute call.
We stay active in the local business community, presenting at business expos and chamber events. In October 2026 Todd joined the Brisbane North Chamber of Commerce breakfast with Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner and wrote up what Brisbane 2032 means for local suppliers.
