Company brainComing soon

Your company’s knowledge, put to work.

We’re building a company brain for the information your team keeps having to explain to AI. It brings company documents and the methods for using them into the same place.

What should your AI know?

A proposal needs different information from a webpage. The company brain should help an assistant find the right material for each.

Use the right proposal template

An assistant preparing a proposal would use your current pricing and the full template, alongside the client’s confirmed brief. Your sales team would still review the scope and price before sending it.

Give assistants the same writing rules

An assistant writing a webpage would use your current service details and the writing rules your marketing team maintains. The team could then compare the draft with its approved examples.

How are we building it?

At InnovateX, our company methods live in Atlas. We’re building Ada and Aurora around that library so an assistant can use those methods when preparing a proposal or webpage draft.

Atlas
The company’s library of knowledge and methods, including the reasons behind earlier decisions.
Ada
The assistant we’re building for teams to ask for help and review drafts.
Aurora
The software we’re developing behind Ada to run processes and connect to existing business systems.

We kept our existing CRM during the build. Customer records stay there; Atlas holds the sales methods around them. We want a company brain to fit the systems a business already relies on.

Watch Ada prepare a proposal.

Ask Ada for a proposal, inspect the HTML result and preview the customer’s email. Then follow their illustrated journey.

The customer’s journey

Illustrated example · these steps are simulated.

  1. 1Receive the email

Casey receives a link to the proposal in their inbox.

  2. 2Open the proposal

The link opens the HTML proposal on a phone or computer.

  3. 3Review the details

Casey checks the scope and fees, and asks about changes before agreeing.

  4. 4Accept the work

Casey signs the agreed scope and fees directly in the proposal.

  5. 5Book the kickoff

Casey chooses a kickoff time so the project can begin.

What would we work on first?

We’d begin with a specific process, such as preparing proposals. Your sales team would gather the current briefs and templates, then compare trial drafts with the source documents before we expanded to another process.

Questions about the company brain

Can we start using it now?

Not yet. We’re developing the setup inside InnovateX before offering it to other businesses. You can talk with us about where it could fit, but there is no launch date yet.

Would we need to replace our CRM?

No. Our approach keeps customer records in the CRM and the sales methods around them in the company brain. We made that choice for our own business too. Connections to your existing systems would be agreed for your rollout.

How would you control access?

Before connecting company systems, we’d agree with you which information staff can access and which actions need approval. Those access rules would be tested as part of the rollout.

Would we be tied to one AI tool?

The aim is to keep company methods and knowledge in readable files you can maintain separately from the AI tool. Which assistants and connections we use would depend on your systems.

What will it cost?

We haven’t published pricing. Scope and fees would be agreed before a client rollout.
